Bankruptcy Software Update Fees...

1. Simple patch to current version No CDROM or w/Download...            $35.00 per PC
2. Update current version to new version with CDROM/Download...      $85.00 per PC

Assessment Overview – Price $150.00
($150.00 fee waived upon receipt and acceptance of initial down payment/installment of General Proposal section) 

1. Assess hardware for Minimum Computer capabilities (Pentium III w/64 memory and 10 gig hard drive)
2. Assess current Operating System and in-place software (Prefer Microsoft Windows 98 or better.  Correct version of BestCase or Topform Bankruptcy software program with the Electronic Case Filing (ECF) upgrade for the Ohio Northern District)
3. Acceptable Word processing software already installed on Chosen PC should be Microsoft Office suite 97, 2000 or XP containing Microsoft Word
4. Utilize your existing Flatbed scanner if twain and PDF compliant
5. Already in-place by your office dailup internet access (AOL, Brightnet, Richnet) or Highspeed Service (Prefer to utilize Sprint DSL or Roadrunner)
6. Must already have login and password and/or be a registered attorney with Ohio Northern District Court in Canton
7. Preparation of Proposal for Implementation of ECF at one office location will be submitted within 1-3 working days of initial assessment 

($150.00 fee waived upon receipt and acceptance of initial down payment/installment of General Proposal section)

General Proposal -- Price $1475.00 (when your office procures Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or 6.0 PDF conversion software, Ohio state sales tax for Richland County to be added, and necessary pricing adjustments outlined in 8 below)
Please Note: Some of the above Assessment Overview minimum components must be in-place for any reduced pricing considerations.

General Proposal Price above includes:

1. Compatible 8.5 x 11 USB Flatbed Scanner w/PDF capable software and Microsoft Word 2000 or better. 
   **Adobe Acrobat 6.0 PDF conversion software NOT included in pricing**
2. Setup correct BestCase or Topform Bankruptcy software version for ECF and creditor matrix submission
3. Install Adobe PDF conversion software for proper uploading to Court.
4. Setup recommended/compatible flatbed Scanner and insure scanner software has PDF formatting abilities.
5. Install Court’s recommended Internet HTML browser
6. Will demo uploading to court internet site via ISP (Internet Service Provider) connection and Internet HTML browser.
7. Five (5) working days lead time to acquire needed software and hardware from date of receipt of initial installment (receipt means debit card/check must transfer/clear into my account before Five (5) days begins). 3% Debit/Credit card transaction fee added
8. Other Considerations not withstanding of general proposal initial installment:

   Deduct $70.00 if using your own PDF compatible scanner
   Deduct $70.00 if Word 2000 or better loaded on PC
   
   Note: This pricing applies only if no other additional hardware or software purchases are required. **If I purchase/supply Adobe Acrobat 6.0 (NOT reader)- ADD $300.00 to initial installment($670 + $300 = $970)**.  Some flatbed scanners and their respective scanning software are not compatible with Adobe Acrobat 5.0 the PDF file format.

Options:

1. Setup Internet access on network for sharing of more than one PC -- Dailup $400.00 for software solution and Roadrunner/SPRINTDSL $250.00 for cable modem router with 4 LAN PCs hardware solution.
2. Setup network with Windows 2000 server and one (1) Windows 2000 professional client $2000.00. Premium Computer Solutions (PCS) will provide one (1) Windows 2000 server and one (1) Windows 2000 professional client software but computer must be capable of running Server 2000, in other words, all PC components must be on Microsoft’s published HCL (hardware compatibility list).
3. Windows XP Professional client license $190.00 per OEM CDROM (Installation At $100/hr). 
4. Each additional Windows 98/2000/XP (operating system already installed) client-to-client connection on the network will be $125.00 per connection/computer
5. Install and setup BestCase or Topform Bankruptcy software for networking onto more than one PC will be $175.00 per additional computer (If peer-to-peer quasi-networking on Windows 98 computers then will NOT guarantee consistent performance or reliability for more than 15 days)

TERMS:

1. Initial installment due upon General Proposal acceptance

2. Project remainder with state sales tax included due on day of delivery

3. Implementation accomplished usually ten (10) working days after initial installment receipt--includes lead time for acquiring system components--barring any project specification changes
