Hardware or Software Issues: Standalone
PC DATA transfer from one PC to another and restoration of data (if possible),
loading of non-networked programs, setup of printer, connect scanners and/or
digital cameras. Will Install pre-approved Microsoft Hardware Compatibility List
(HCL) hardware (e.g. CDROM drives, hard drives, video cards, network cards, modems,
etc...), load Intel-based PCs with standalone operating system software (Windows
Vista Home Premium,
Windows 2000 Pro, XP), install retail
licensed application software, restore from verified backup, and/or transform old data to
a new data format, etc… NO Phone-Modem
DIALUP SERVICE OR SUPPORT!!
NO server OS and/nor network connectivity at this

Anti-Virus Uninstall/Virus Removal:
Must Pay in Advance.
1st Service call $350.00 minimum first 3
hours (even if it only takes 30 minutes to service any virus issue).
Over the 3 hours minimum, will be billed $37.50 in increments of 1/2
hour, payable before PCS personnel leaves site.
- PCS Will NOT
RECOMMEND NOR
INSTALL/UPDATE any particular antivirus
product.
- Removal of any PC virus per computer or laptop fee will be
$350.00
- NO Dialup antivirus service provided. Only Broadband RoadRunner or DSL
internet access, as long as your internet service is fully operable.
- If after uninstall/removal service, you have any type
of issue within 10 days (NO
support after 10 days, whatsoever) and for initiation of a 2nd service call-back, PCS will charge a $100.00 minimum 1st hour fee and $37.50 per
1/2 hour, thereafter. Call-back service to cover operating system reloads
ONLY
(CANNOT verify integrity of your backuped
data NOR repair current software issues).
NO type of third party software reloading/installing/support due to antivirus
uninstall or virus removal. Must possess own OS software that
needs replaced.
Problems Encountered:
Antivirus protection slows computer down, slow internet connections, may be wrong type of antivirus
for OS, expired subscription or older version antivirus already present may
cause PC lockups. After antivirus removal network connectivity issues may require time consuming
reconfiguring as sometimes
uninstalling removes necessary Window's system files resulting in NO boot
back into Windows, or etc... Just
DO NOT know any number of
consequences uninstalling antivirus software or virus removal may cause,
which may result in a requirement of reloading Windows XP Operating System...
